We strive to ship every order as fast as we can, but keep in mind that estimated shipping times are based on established customers or payment methods that do not take several business days to clear. Click here for more information on payment methods and possible holds for first-time customers.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same day or the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
• We do not ship any packages during major US holidays. Any orders placed during holidays will be processed the very next business day.
• Although we always strive to process and ship orders very fast, there are times that order volume, weather, and other unpredictable circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day expected.
• For larger orders, please expect an extended turnaround time depending on the size of your order.
• All kratom shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We will provide you with tracking information via email as soon as your order ships out.
• We know how important your privacy is, so we keep everything as discreet as possible. The packaging will never show our company name, a list of products you purchased, or anything related to what you purchased from us.
• We currently do not accept international orders through our website.
