Credit/Debit Card Payments
We accept credit cards and debit cards. Please note that due to certain restrictions and limitations of Kratom, it is imperative that your billing address fields match your account at the time of checking out. Otherwise, the transaction will be flagged and auto refunded by our risk monitoring system to follow through with fraud prevention guidelines.

COD (Collect on Delivery)
We offer COD through UPS shipments only. With that being said, you will not see COD during checkout unless you choose UPS as your shipping method. Keep in mind, there is a COD fee of $14.50 added if you choose this method. We pay exactly $14.50 to UPS for each COD, so this is something we have to collect or it doesn’t make sense for us to offer COD.
In order to receive an order via COD, you will need to place the order, get a Money Order or Cashier’s Check for the total amount of the purchase, and write it out to True Source Naturals, LTD. When your package arrives, you will simply hand them the Money Order or Cashier’s Check and they will hand you the package.
UPS does not accept CASH or PERSONAL CHECKS, so you will need to get a Money Order or Cashier’s Check for the order total.
Checks are a much safer method of payment than credit or debit card payments. Although we will hold your first order until the payment clears (up to 5 business days), your next order will ship same day or next business day. Keep in mind, any significantly large order can be subject to a 5 business day hold.
Some people have expressed concerns about using their routing and account number to make a payment, but it’s no different than handing over a check to someone for payment. We use a completely secure processor for check payments and we never even see your information on our end. All we see is your name, address, phone number, and email address.
This will not work with savings accounts or prepaid debit cards/accounts even if you have a routing/account number (i.e. Green Dot, Green Dot Bank, GoBank a Div. of Green Dot Bank, The Bancorp.com, The Bancorp Bank). If you attempt to order with an account that is not compatible, the processor will attempt to deposit the check and it will not clear.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $12 FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS. WE WILL SEND THE TOTAL BALANCE INCLUDING THE FEE TO A COLLECTION AGENCY IF YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US! WE ARE A VERY REASONABLE COMPANY AND WE ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK THINGS OUT, SO PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PAYMENT.
Mail a Money Order or Cashier’s Check
This is a good way to pay with the utmost security and privacy. If you do decide to mail a Money Order or Cashier’s Check, you can submit an order on our website. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT.
